What was the goal of this campaign?
The goal was to increase local awareness of my window cleaning business, Alice in Windowland, and to attract new enquiries and customers.
How did the campaign feel from your point of view?
The campaign felt incredibly supportive and professionally handled from start to finish. Emily was friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely wanted to help my business stand out.
Did you notice more people talking about your business?
Yes! A few people mentioned they’d seen the campaign and press advert in the Argus! It definitely got my name out there more.
Did you get new customers or enquiries during/after the campaign?
I did – I had some great new enquiries and picked up a couple of new regulars, which is fantastic.
What was the best part of the campaign for you?
Honestly just feeling supported and seen. The way everything was written and shared really reflected me and my business, and I felt proud seeing it all come together. I have never felt confident in marketing, Emily and the team made this stress free for me.
Is there anything you would change?
Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. If anything, I’d love to build on what we did and make it even bigger!
Sum up your experience
Working with Emily and the team on this campaign was a great experience. As a female window cleaner, it’s not always easy to stand out, but this really gave me a boost! More people noticed the business, and I felt way more confident seeing my business out there. They honestly cared about showing off what I do in the best way, and it worked! I got new customers, more people chatting about Alice in Windowland, and I felt properly supported the whole way through.
Really grateful for the opportunity! I’d definitely recommend them to any local business that wants fun, creative marketing that actually works. The campaign gave my business a real confidence and visibility boost! I gained new customers and felt truly supported. Highly recommend!
