What was the goal of this campaign? 
 
The goal of the LUMO’s Summer Spark  ‘6 Weeks of Winning’ campaign was to build stronger engagement across the local Worthing area, connecting with families, sparking conversations, and linking LUMO Electrical with other trusted local businesses. 

How did the campaign feel from your point of view? 
 
From my perspective, the campaign was well thought out and executed seamlessly.  

Indie Marketing Solutions managed everything with creativity and professionalism, which meant I could focus on running my business while still seeing consistent results from the campaign. 

Did you notice more people talking about your business?
 
I definitely noticed more people in Worthing talking about LUMO Electrical, both online and in person. The weekly giveaways caught attention and helped us start conversations with new audiences. 

Did you get new customers or enquiries during/after the campaign? 
 
During and after the campaign, we saw new followers, higher engagement and more people viewing our page weekly!  
 
Facebook followers grew by 10.37% and Instagram by 7.17%, with posts regularly reaching over 1,000+ people and generating strong interaction. Week 6 of the campaign saw over 3,000 views and 32 comments. 

What was the best part of the campaign for you? 
 
The best part was seeing how the campaign genuinely connected LUMO with the community while shining a light on other local businesses. It felt authentic and gave us a real presence in the area.
